How do I register Shadowbringers' Collection Edition for Mac via Mog Station??

I have FFXIV Complete Edition registered already, but I would like to know how to also add on the Shadowbringers' Collection Edition? I have no idea how to navigate the Mog Station. I don't see any option to enter the code itself, just to purchase it.

When I followed this guide, I noticed they have an option to Enter Mac License. I do not have this. Only Windows option.

In other instructions I've found online it says to register via the Windows option, but that is telling me my code is invalid as well.

But I am registered and playing via Mac.

Plz don't just tell me to buy a PC like Reddit did lol

Edit: Under my account status it says "For Windows version license owners" is this a glitch?

Maybe you can't register it because you already have ShB.

I notice you're linking to the EU version of SE's site. Are you using a non-EU game code on an EU Square-Enix account, or vice versa? The region locks for this game are strict.

Not sure if you’d already resolved the issue, but in case you haven’t...

There’s a pink ”Enter Expansion Registration Code” button under Your Account tab, which is not shown in the guide. (The button is above subscription renewal section).

On the page it leads to it showed
