I mean, fem characters wearing maid dresses and schoolgirl outfits also breaks/impacts immersion. Also, As I stated above, I mean confuse in the most literal of senses. Like how someone can be confused by how someone gets to a certain reasoning. It's the why and how that confuses me.

Men can wear whatever we want, and if, in the real world, you find something wrong with that I'd be happy to ask you why and have a conversation in a calm, rational manner. No one needs to agree with me, but certain opinions stem from deep rooted worldviews that are extremely interesting to hear. And yes, these worldviews confuse me, because I don't hold them, and therefore I don't understand them.

(Also, not going to lie here, if you're regularly being called a -phobe in certain circles, then perhaps you need to step back and reevaluate how you approach topics. I'm being serious here: look up dogwhistles. See if you inadvertently use them in your arguments or posts. Because if you're using them and you don't know you're using them, but others do, they're going to assume that you're using them on purpose. Even something as simple as triple parenthesis is a dogwhistle. A lot of everyday talking points are used as dogwhistles in *those* circles, and if you're in an argument in which usage of a -phobe or -ism somewhat makes sense in context, it helps to check and make sure you're not using those dogwhistles.)
