Who doesnt want gear restrictions removed?

I am of the opinion that role gear(fending, aiming, ect.) and class specific gear should be restricted. I am all for getting rid of race and gender restrictions, however.

EDIT: I should note that if removing race and gender restrictions takes even 1 minute of manpower away from another aspect of the game, I am against it. But if it is literally flipping a switch, go for it. But if they have to make a model for each race/gender, I don't think they should waste time on current things and just make all future stuff race and gender neutral.
