    Launcher stuck on Title Screen

    When I open the launcher (via desktop or through the file location) it brings up the Final Fantasy XIV logo and then stops.
    I have tried:
    - resetting IE settings, adding FF14 to my trusted sites, lowering security
    - fixing the common bugs with the config files (setting values to 0/1)
    - disabling firewalls/security
    - restarting my modem
    - restarting my computer
    - redownloading the game/launcher

    This is happening for both normal and steam versions of the game on PC. I am very confused and don't want to quit this game so if anyone has suggestions other than what I've already tried, please help me!

    Mine did this the other day, strangely trying to revert to the "old" launcher fixed it. Found it under the "settings" icon (upper right by the green ARR logo) and then on the bottom, "Original Launcher Layout". No idea why it worked, or if it will for you but give it a shot?

    Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
