    I can't use the FFXIV online store

    I've been trying to buy a phial of fantasia on the online store, but it keeps giving me the error i2501 every time I try to pick any of the payment options.

    I've tried every single fix that was on the help desk. I tried to turn off AdBlock, I tried to do the payment on my mobile device, I've checked for anything on my end that would cause this and nothing is coming up. Please help!
