Relic grind has always been there as a way to populate previous instances or areas. Although this is the first time it's been 2 expansions back.
Bozja is the level 80 content though.
I'd just be happy if the RNG on the HW FATEs was lower, <50% at least so that Bozja remained the best way to obtain them.
