Vote here NO

I'm all for it. And I'm pretty sure SE is going to have it eventually in 2.0.

Coming with 2.0

I'm agree with zottan, would be willing to pay 500 crystal if any possibility of changing server. My vote is YES
These vote posts are just getting silly now. "Do you enjoy breathing? Vote here YES/NO".
Anyway, as Felis said it is coming in 2.0. Good thing since I may transfer to a different server to play with some friends of mine joining at 2.0 or PS3 release. If Gungnir remains full that would pose a problem.

They have server transfers in FFXI and they cost $25. If they have them later for FFXIV they probably cost around $25 I would guess.
2.0 is less than a year away. I think it goes into testing in 7 months?
Just wait for now. To be honest I don't see why this wasn't in the game already considering, but then again you couldn't even sort your items.

Hey! let's hold a vote on a topic rather than discuss it! *sarcasm*
I see server transfers becoming available relatively sooner than 2.0. Square still makes them available to people who were placed outside of their default world, and never chose to change. Obviously there are still bugs involved in this process, but as soon as they mesh out all the bugs I can def see it in the upcoming future.
However 25 bucks is a bit crazy... I would say 15-20usd would be reasonable.

I was going to go to Balmung, but now I've made friends. Le QQ. Still it would be nice considering the utter mess the server merges were.. I F5'd that page like mad and got..... Nowhere.
