Are you asking for help getting through SQEX support?
My fiance had her security token somehow out of synch with SQEX so all of her OTPs are invalid.
She called them this morning right as they opened (9am California time) and was on hold for ten minutes before they sorted everything out with a 2 minute phone call.
She also put in an email ticket a while ago and never received a response.
They also have a live chat support feature you can access after you submit a ticket. Might as well pull that up too while you call and see which one pops first. Try these as soon as they open.

But yeah, don't wait on tickets.
Whether from SQEX or from the doctor those things never seem to work.
