Hunts are not designed to be available for everyone.
SE didn't intend for them to be held until the entire server and their mothers could all show up to kill it for credit.

Pull when you're ready, if someone doesn't make it that's on them. Generally speaking and current S rank wouldn't be dead by the time anyone in the zone (ie people who are spawning it) get to it.
