    Mikoto's empty dialog bug now "in Japanese" after the hotfix

    Date & Time: Since Patch 5.4 hotfix update
    Frequency: Always
    World name: Masamune
    Character name: Garo Zulan@Masamune
    NPC name: Mikoto
    Area and coordinates: Gangos x6.3 y5.9
    Steps:
    1. Talk to Mikoto after finished Patch 5.4 MSQ
    2. Select "Tell me about tempering"
    3. There will be 1 line that in Japanese instead of English.

    This issue appear in PC and PS4.
