Yeah! Because in 10-15 more they are going to totally stop buying them on release...
thats a really disadvantage which i can see now on Ragnarok for example... when i come back from work (late shift), then i cant play a round on moogle or something like it..
that you only can do on international servers. international servers also do not die that fast.
international servers have a longer "life" due to more population flow.
Ragnarok is for example very dead in the very late evening (EU time)... and also not that much populated than the others, people start to get bored "oh really, there is someone shouting for moogle grp??" the population "flow" on ragnarok isnt the best, because of the "regional thing".

Pretty much every one up through those released on the PSone.
Also keep in mind that all of the final fantasy titles are more successful in the East than in the West.
I'm amused that you think Deus Ex (Dues?) was an Enix property, and significantly more amused that you think development on Deus Ex, or development on Dragon Quest games are somehow directly pulling people away from Final Fantasy development.
I'm also amused that you believe there have been no financial or critical successes in the series since Square and Enix merged. I think people frequently confuse their own opinion with financial figures and critical acclaim.
I'm all about internationalism. Problem is... SE needs more servers across the world. Like other MMOs out there.
There is no problem here, they said they'll add regional servers, so all you have to do is wait few months. And for those who don't want to move - feel free to stay in the old ones. Nothing to argue about rly, everyone has his own opinion about who he wants to play with and when, so trying to prove something wont work too well. Just calm down and wait cause regional servers are not gonna come before 2.0...
International servers is the best idea SE ever had.
