Please point out there's new event items...

Just about every event page lists that there are new items to collect, but this years Make It Rain Campaign did not, so I didn't think to check. I always collect at least one of each event item. Now I have to hope I can get them next year. It's Make It Rain, so it seems likely, but still.

I have never noticed them not list the new items. What's that about?

those return yearly for Make it rain probably why they don't put it on event page for "new" stuff

No, these are brand new. If you're thinking of the other Gold Saucer game items, those are permanently in the GS store.

Ah the machines. They were not a reward, they were sold on a vendor.

You can hope they will be in next years, or added to the Prize Claim NPC like the three from 2018 are.

Yeah, I hope so. My point still stands though. The event item list isn't just for rewards. Examples being the current Starlight event items (sold for gil) and the 2018 Make It Rain Campaign when the first three machines were added (sold for 200k MGP); they were all on their event pages.

It might be a change of policy after the older machines got added to to regular prize claim to keep the event pages to items that players might otherwise miss out on (or wait until it's on Mogstation) as the starlight items from gil will likely only appear again as Mogstation items whereas the machines are likely more a case that anyone not getting them in the event likely just has to wait a little longer but still get them in game.

Not entirely sure I agree with such a policy but it'd explain why they weren't on the event page.

The newer machines might have actually been added before the event. One or two MGP rewards tend to make it into every patch, and those might have just been 5.2 or 5.3 additions. If they were already in game, the web site guys probly wouldnt think to highlight them for the event.
