Just One question: is it true that 22th jan will be a demolition and we will be able to get M or L houses??Honestly, that wont happen, and they are not biting the bullet, there is plenty of housing, none of them is really being used at all, most of the wards is ghost townsm add an upkeep on having a house plot instead, so you actually need to do something active in game to keep your property.
It is possible medium and large house will go poof as well. Be sure to check at the top of the hour that is when demo usually takes place. Those will certainly go to relocations and not sitting clicking on their placards.
My own large houses suddenly popped up free one day some years ago.... been living in small - medium - medium - medium - and now large, so yes definately, a lot of people just bought the plots and never did anything about it... or just left them abandoned, with the Auto Demo time, everyone that really want a house and will use a house and spend time in it, has a fair chance to get one, it has always been like that.
That they turned off auto demo for this long has made people mental, as there always on regular basis has been empty houses everywhere.
We don't know what houses will be getting demolished. There's always a possibility but not a guarantee.
If you're hoping to shag one if available, make certain your current house is ready for relocation. If you don't already have a house, you're highly unlikely to be able to get a medium or large since those will be quickly snatched up by players who relocate their current house.
