DPS
The most boring job to play in dungeons due for a variety of fair reasons but lets factor in some spice to the bread. Have DPS CHECKS! (Castrum Abania/ Kugane Castle) examples arent by any means detrimental but if pulled off can save alot of time and give DPS some much needed importance and idk maybe make them a little scary (Snowcloak) might be fun. Have tethers (Lost City) to emphasize ad prioritize attacks, have dangerous mobs with tank busters (Sunken temple)to prioritize attacks. Have certain mobs be killed in a certain way (Toto-Rak/Sunken temple) like panels or spewing poisons if gotten to close without killing it. have stunning mobs be important (Arboretum Hard mode/ Aurum Vale) have fun single mob fights with thier own mechs (Qitana Ravel) Have Dps be targetd for mechs like aoe circles (Heroes Gauntlet) and these are just examples from there past, i could only imagine what new things they can do

Bosses
All i ask from bosses are more phases that can be avoided if dps is top notch (Relict) and enrages (Dohn Mheg) to add a stronger focus on damaging and maybe a few off tank busters here and there (Temple of the fist)

All examples listed are stuff they already have done before but refuse to really spruce up the 4 man experience, we dont need Savage 4 man but some flavor of challenge and awe wouldnt kill the content and so far nothing SHB has brung up has been stellar just simply ok at best to boorish at worst
