Devs, I'm begging you.... fix the male Miqo'te idle stance.

It's bugged me for ages but I just put a finger on WHY it bugs me tonight.... the sticking-the-belly out slouch, added with the arthritic hands, chin down, shoulders hunched inward... everything about this pose screams unnatural and uncomfortable to me. I know /cpose exists but that doesn't work for cutscenes. I'm begging you devs, please change it. Even if you leave the arthritic hands just... make my boy stand up straight for heavens sake.

That aside, I personally like the Miqo'te male idle stance. I think it's fitting, since cats embrace all sorts of positions that look bizarre but are actually really comfortable due to how flexible they are.

With that said, I wouldn't be against further options for different body types/stances for the current batch of playable races.

I have, and I have one I really like and use around the overworld, but like I said the problem is the default idle stance used in cutscenes is the beer-belly slouch above. You don't have a choice lol and it's so grating. I don't think it would bother me but the whole slant to the torso is just jarring to me. If we could even change the DEFAULT idle stance to one of the other selections, and that selection got used in cutscenes, I'd be happy.

Jests aside I really have no idea why they would give us so many options in the /changepose selection but then NOT give us the option to select one as default to use for cutscenes....

While it personally never bothered me, I do agree that it is still a little bit awkward how they lean back.

The hands are the way they are because I think they were kinda trying for a "ready to pounce" kinda look. Same thing with their feet being apart.

It wouldn't be so awkward if the head was also leaned back, you know? Either stand up straight or tilt the head back with it. The way the head is pushed forward while the torso is leaned back, it's so bizarre.

And yeah, I've heard. It's still a gripe for me, but I could deal with it if it were the only thing that bugged me about the stance. Sigh. At least I know that this is a minor thing, the game spoils us in so many other ways I feel like it shouldn't be this hard to fix.
