Weeks of farming worth nothing.

I've farmed the elemental fending armor from eureka just to realize that I have a Viera character and I am unable to fully wear the armor.

If Miqo'te ears disappear when the helmet is on and for Aura they clip, why can't the ears of Viera disappear too, same for the horns of Aura? Cause having 4 pairs of horns is ugly af, just to let you know.

It's an armor that requires a good amount of hours/weeks/months to farm and you decide to let me, A VIERA WEAR A WEREWOLF HEAD, but I can't wear this helmet I worked my ass off for, or this set of armor that is meaningless without the helmet.

I understand the choice of not wanting to give Viera headsets at all, I have accepted it eventually, but for special ones, you have to take the time and make the models and remove the ears, especially when you already have a race where you removed the them, this was just laziness, thank you again for letting me wear the werewolf head piece, but not the elemental one.

Hi, sorry for all of that. What I'm gonna say is not meant to be snarky or otherwise mean to you- just..what is it.. facts of life?

1) It's not fair, I know. But they released Viera with that huge disclaimer about headgear so it should be expected and a "pleasant surprise" (I guess?) when headgear does work. In my opinion, SE should just have not released one of the two races and focused on one fully for Shb, then maybe release the other for whatever 6.0 is..even if there ARE NPCs of either. Unfortunately, that's not how it went down. Even so, a huge percent of the headgear that DOES work for Viera/Hrothgar was done voluntarily by the staff on their own time. Again, not defending their business model, just how it is.

2) I am assuming you did the grind for the glamours and not any particular need of iLVL, so all I can really say to that is you should have checked/previewed the item you were after. Especially if there was that kind of time commitment!

I'd chalk it up to a learning experience and on your next endeavor, maybe skip the helmet.

having the viera ears dissapear just wouldn't make sense, mi'quote ears are small enough that they could maybe me tucked under a helmet, viera ears are too big for that.

Seriously wondering why you thought they would work.

It's been pretty obvious that Viera can't wear helmets and most headgear so why wouldn't you at least inquire first before going to the trouble. I was/am interested in a Halo for my Angel Bunny on Spriggan and I sure wasn't about to spend 18 dollars to find out. I did discover in game when i found someone wearing them that they do work.

I like to think the spriggin jacket is just a hoodie for Viera with the outer layer made fluffy to look cute.
