The Hidden Canals of Uznair

Why is this dungeon even in the game?

It feels like during Stormblood they wanted to add onto the Treasure Map experience, which is fine, but I think the Thief map and the Hidden Canals is just a complete failure.

There is a title for getting to the bottom of the Hidden Canals 20 times -- The Luckiest of Lords (or Ladies) and it is quite possibly the rarest title in the game. I haven't reached the bottom of the Hidden Canals once and I have both the titles for the normal Canals of Uznair and the Shifting Canals.

This content hasn't been altered at all since it came out and no one is running Gazelleskin maps anymore because all it's items are freely available from new places now (Bozja)

Can we see some changes to this dungeon, how to access it, or something that can let us attain this title in a more reasonable way?

I am not sure why SE has been so stingy with allowing people to just unsync these old, obsolete maps. It's like they treat it like Ultimate raiding and it would diminish the integrity of map runners everywhere if we were allowed to just unsync them. Or something. Please SE, do what you should have done years ago already and unsync Aquapolis and Canals.
