    Technically, it's already been delayed. The original roadmap was for mid April.

    This is really just a simple case of the GM not being informed properly on whether or not that date had become public. This is literally how a PR team says "Oops, we weren't ready to announce that." As another poster has already stated, they simply weren't ready to announce the date yet, because you generally don't want to announce a set date until you're 100% sure. So there's really no indication of whether or not there's an additional delay from this, instead, it's just an indication that they weren't ready to announce the date.

    Also, poor GM.
