Graphic glitches and textures poping issue

I'm experiencing many graphical bugs and textures/objects poping almost everywhere since 5.4 release, yesterday patch didn't seem to fix them.

you can try checking this using a flying mount on the coerthas western highlands by a clear weather, everything from mobs, objects and even hude ground snow textures pops or are glitched.

I play on Chaos Datacenter.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
