How to Shuffle Leves?

Can anyone tell me if there is an easier way to get new quests to show up from an NPC rather than having to redo ones that are already complete? I am trying to do all the different leves for achievements, and it's so wasteful when I have to redo completed ones to get a new one to show. Thanks!

What I do is take every leve, complete them but not receive my rewards yet. Instead go check the menu for more leves. It tends to work better if you check with the Levemete every time you complete 1 leve. That's how I've done every leve from 1 to 54 so far.
