Banned after clicking on a forum giveaway

Hi, I'm new to the game and didn't know there could be false link to the forums and wanted to enter a giveway. But after logging in, it disconnected me from the game, and now I can't reconnect since it says I'm suspended... Please I really don't know what happenned and don't know what else to do.

you will have to contact Square Enix support. Have your documents ready to affirm your identity with them and they can get your account back.

In future make yourself aware what phishing is and not to fall for suspicious links advertising scams.

Basically the scammer took your account login and used your character to further promote the link to other players. So Square Enix banned your account.
