by these logic we should still have 35 different glamour prisms because why improve anything in this game.

they can easily redistribute when jobs get certain skills to make synced content feel better without changing how level sync works. in fact they already did that with tanks and tank stance, so i DO expect SE to change how things are considering they've spent this entire expansion making QoL fixes and overhauling outdated or unintuitive systems. skill progression and level sync shouldn't be ignored if combat is where most people spend their time
