    Request: Class Changes

    I'd like to have close ranged and ranged damage dealers to be able to fight either close ranged or ranged. For example, Blackmage uses sparks and fast staff abilities while they're close to the enemey just like Monks and Monks to use wind punches that can hit from far range just like Bards.

    These abilities does'nt cost you at all and should stop class specific requirements at some bosses.

    The idea of a close range class to deal damage from far away it's awful like a black mage spinning a staff like a monk.
    Also, just to clarify, developing new abilities and modify already existing cost

    Pretty much agreed. Certain classes have range as part of their identity of course in the future we get a class that specialises in attacking at different ranges? (I dunno... uh... I've got nothing)

    Musketieer likely a long ranger. Red mage would likely (hopefully) be a melee fighter but will also hopefully be able to duck to mid/long range when needed and toss a spell or two.

    The issue i have with a class in near anygame that is fully useful at both ranges is there is rarely a need for any others then. I wasn't here for heavy Archer stacking but my LS chatted about it. There is often a reason why versatility is costly, because if it isn't its extreamly useful.

    Perhaps what could be nice is if each classes thrown weapons got a combo of their own. High cool down but a throw + combo throw could atleast make sure that every melee class could atleast throw one good shot when they are dodging the fire. I would urge though both a high cool down and only moderate damage. So no ranged class gets impacted.
