Game continually crashes when loading Seat of Sacrifice

At first it just crashed shortly after the queue popped, now that I 'loaded' in, I cannot even load back into my character at all anymore. There is no error, it simply closes the entire game out

Date & Time: 12/18/2020
Frequency: Whenever I try to load into the new trial from duty finder, and while logging back in game while still in the instance

In-game time: Approx 12:00am
Area and coordinates: The Seat of Sacrifice

Steps:
1. Queue solo for Seat of Sacrifice
2. while loading into the trial the game will crash with no error code
3. tying to log back into the game while still in the instance will just crash the game again with no error code
4. After 30minutes, was able to log in at my previous point, attempting to play trial crashes and locks me out all over again

I'm unable to play at all now, and i'm being penalized for 'leaving' the duty when i'm just trying to get by so i can progress in story.

There are no error messages when the game closes. When entering the duty, it simply closes out. No sound or message at all

I've attempted to update my drivers just to be safe, but they're all current.
I've also run other content once I was allowed back into the game, just to ensure it wasn't just related to all duties. Trials, raids, dungeons, and multiple zones work just fine. It's just loading in to that one duty, Seat of Sacrifice, that my game closes. Even when I queue as different roles, I've gone as a tank, and dps, and it still instantly closes the moment I'm to be transferred in.

When the crash occurs is anything over heating? Additionally, does the crash occur if Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running?

nothing is overheating, and i've closed out of additional programs to ensure that wasn't the case either.
I've waited overnight and rebooted my pc, and attempted again with FFXIV being the only program in use, and it still crashes and closes upon entering the trial

So i disabled dx11, and the game 'worked' enough so i could complete that trial utilizing dx9. However the entire fight I experienced 3 crashes, and numerous texture issues through that fight.

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

If it is only happening with this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue. We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs
3) Remove any mods or injectors from the game or system
4) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
5) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
6) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything
