What would make ffxiv even better?

Appearance Changer. Whats the point of completed looking AF Sets/regular sets of items when you have to mix and match to get a superior/decent effect? Let me look good AND be good please.

DCUO uses a system like this (equipping a piece of gear unlocked the corresponding style) and it added a pretty good collection/completionist aspect to the game.

Would be less annoying though if there were more gear options for each slot... sometimes there's a piece that's just so much better than everything else you could put materia on in that slot that you'd feel stupid not using it.
