It's been reported in the Technical and Bug Report sections of the forum so hopefully SE can get to the bottom of this. But it definetely seems like there must have been some kind of code change within the client that is now tricking antivirus software into thinking the screenshot function is a suspicious function. Creating an exception within your antivirus program for the specific folder where screenshots are saved (by default it's usually something like 'C:/Users/<your computer user account handle>/My Documents/My Games/FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn/screenshots'), as well as the 'Game' folder within the actual FFXIV client folder in the Programs directory of Windows, seems to fix the problem.

As for why this has suddenly happened, it's just one of those quirks of programming. One little change can often break something that didn't seem related (another SE example was a few years ago in FFXI a patch update for that broke FFXI's frontend PlayOnline Viewer in that it made antivirus programs think the whole main PoL Viewer client exe file was malware and thus deleted it automatically without any input from the player - SE quickly fixed the problem in the update patch download but the damage was already done in that players had to basically reinstall the whole client in some cases to restore the deleted file). So this similar issue in FFXIV does not surprise me at all.
