Steps:
1. The Triple Triad card for E12N/S is not dropping. I know that RNG is the biggest factor, but after around 30-40 runs, this doesn't seem right. There is a large website dedicated to users self-reporting which cards they have obtained, and this card is the only one showing a 0% obtain rate among those who are self-reporting their cards.
