    E12N/S Triple Triad Card Bugged?

    I know that RNG is RNG, but I'm starting to believe this is bugged. With 30-40 runs and no drop, I assumed I had bad luck, until I went to the most popular Triad tracker online and saw that 0% of users had the card. That's extremely suspicious, but matches what I'm seeing.

    Do I need to put this in the bug report section? I don't think it's dropping.

    EDIT: Reported as bug. The popular website where you can self-report your card list as a checklist is showing between 2-4% obtain rates for all other patch 5.4 cards. This is the only card with a 0% obtain rate.
