Prohibit class/job changes inside dungeons

I truly didn't mean to come off whiny Enfarious, sorry if I did sound it lol, I am at work on a saturday and these forums make me bitter lol..

I want a single large community, where everyone is viable for content whether you have only one job or not.. I just like versatility I suppose, having more people together with multiple jobs appeals more to me then some people who don't, but I know I shouldn't paint everyone with the same brush of "Level everything" so I am trying not to do so...

I dont think I called anyone stupidheads, but yes that is whiny sounding lol.. I am all for everyone being happy, and I do wish content was balanced for everyone.. my argument is just that I like to be able to switch jobs mid dungeon etc, I leveled it so I feel I have the right to, now if someone only has 1 job then ofc they can't switch, I just enjoy doing so that is all...

I know I may have come off a lil strong on my opinion, and will take in account of others opinions as well..
