The problem is that the maps are not designed for 8vs8vs8. The maps are too big for so few people and maps like Field of Glory are not designed for this, I remember at the time having 8vs8vs8 on that map and falling asleep.

There is nothing wrong with it. It's just a different battle. It's called variety. When you start talking about whether a map is designed for the people, you have lost the essence of the battle.

I agree. I enjoyed 8v8v8 MUCH more than the current PvP. Running into a wall of people is not really my idea of fun. Smaller battles allow for a more tactical experience.
