Word.
I've flirted with the idea of becoming a mentor, but won't because I don't know all of the raids well enough to teach them.
Though... if Mentor Roulette EX was a thing I wonder how much people would actually run it.

I mean at it's core you're usually a fill in for whatever duty you're doing. If it's the normal stuff Dungeons/Trials/Raids etc just be yourself and it'll be fine.
Sometimes people don't even need help so you can just do your own thing and be a good example.
If you do find yourself in an Extreme trial or something you're not familiar with it's okay to be honest. However you'll sometimes get situations where there are sprouts who don't know how to actually get gear proper and it will hinder your experience even if you know what you're doing. At that point it's a battle between wasting time or just cutting to the point and offering advice before leaving.
I've taken a ton of penalties just because I knew it wasn't going to work out after a couple of pulls, so at that point you're better off doing something else for 30 minutes until you can go back in.
If there was an actual roulette I assure you people would run it, just not as frequent as the others. If mentor rou can pop an EX off people waiting in Duty Finder queues a focused roulette would prove the same if not better results especially if everything is laid out bare.
