Midgardsormr, Omega and the Dragonstar's enemy

Will Omega's creators ever be involved in the story at some point? I ask because it seemed that Omega's civilization seem to be not only more advance than the Allagans but equal or more powerful than the Ancients. Did the peoples of the Dragonstar and Omegatar destroy each other and make my question irrelevant?

I love the lore of Midgardsormr and Omega and would love If either magical space alien civilizations were more involved in the MSQ again. Especially Midgar after reading that in the alternate future timeline he is finally impressed with Hydaelyn's peoples and vows to protect them.

We don't know.
What we do know is that wherever Omega and Midgardsormr came from was a very very long way from Eorzea. When Omega arrived in Eorzea it was in very bad shape from simple wear during the long travel and didn't have a clue on how to get back home.

I guess it's a possibility that Estinien is making contact with dragons and that is where Krile and Tataru have run off to fetch him.

But this is really conjecture based on the fact Estinien is associated with dragons. Guess we'll have to wait to see.
