As was said, these abilities are gone ever since the class revamps in December.

You can see what spells and abilities are learned by all classes and at what level simply by looking at your abilities/actions menu in-game.

Specifically, some skills you will want to pick up early on are Featherfoot and Second Wind, both of which you can get by Level 6 Pugilist. I believe you will need 15 Pugilist for Dragoon, anyways. Conjurer is useful for Cure and some other buffs, as well, and you will eventually want to get some levels in Archer as Dragoon can also use abilities from it.

If you're wondering about what exactly you can use on your Lancer, in the Actions menu in the skill descriptions it will say "Requires:". Anything that requires "Disciples of War" is useable by Lancer, with Dragoon being more specialized and only able to pull abilities from Pugilist and Archer.
