Audio no longer plays at all

As of 12/12/2020, after an update on my Windows computer, my audio on FFXIV no longer plays. It is just FFXIV with this issue.

I am on PC and I have tried numerous ways to get the audio back, from:

-Changing my Borderless Windowed game to Windowed>Closing the game>Opening game>Going to Fullscreen mode
-Rolling back the Windows Update that happened on 12/12/2020 for my computer
    -Updating the audio drivers
-Disabling and re-enabling my default output device within Windows Settings
    -Quitting the game and re-logging
    -Re-installing FFXIV
-Turning off and turning on Master Volume (In an act of desperation)

Editing to add, as of 12/15/2020, these methods did not work:
    -Reinstalling Realtek HD Drivers
    -Reinstalling my mother board's drivers
    -Changing headphone jacks
-Using a different headset and earbuds

On both the Windows Audio Mixer and Advanced Sound Settings, FFXIV is set at 100 in volume and set to output on my default device, Realtek HD Audio but there is still no audio. I'm running out of things to try. All my audio drivers are up-to-date, and it's only FFXIV, no other games have no audio, so I'm wondering what happened and how to fix it. Please, send help.

    Updating to add:
The Volume mixer shows that Final Fantasy XIV is playing audio. But there is no audio outputted to my headphones. Or on any headphones I tried.
