Replica Genji Armor sets.

I'd Like to see Glamour versions of the Genji armor that do not have job restrictions on it, like the "Replica Sky Rat" gear. As a Samurai main it kinda makes me sad that I'm just restricted to one suit of Genji armor, when Samurai in the warring states period had all sorts of elaborate armor for individuality.

I second this wholeheartedly. It would be great if my Samurai could wear this and dye this haori, it would be a dream come true.



Especially since this Dragoon gear clearly wasn't designed for the Dragoon's posture, given all the armor warping and smearing at the knees.

They wont ever do it because of that set being a raid tier armor. It'd "undermine the achievements of those that came before who were able to clear hard encounters."

Back in the day, clearing certain elements of the Binding Coil of Bahamut was no small feat. And yet they decided to add replica gear.

Back in the day, clearing certain elements of the Binding Coil of Bahamut was no small feat. And yet they decided to add replica gear.

They added dyeable crafted versions with role restrictions, which afaik the armor that dropped from coil was not dyeable. They're not gonna do away with the role restrictions, nor add dyeablity to them, when the latter already exists from savage, and the former has not been done to date.

They're already said no to BLUCoB, even with 8 tanks clearing it, because of my former stated reason of "respecting the effort to clear hard content."

All I can do as a consumer of the game is ask, if I don't ask then I wouldn't even get an answer. I would be fine if getting a Role free replica meant doing something like, turning in the Original piece of gear to a NPC for story reasons to Replicate the armor for glamour purposes.

They shouldn't have limited Samurai gear to a raid, especially since Samurai is a job in this game. The Deltascape had nothing to with Samurai besides.
