    Referred to by pertinent personnel as simply “sanction,” the method entails etching emblems of empowerment upon arms and armor in order to prime them as containers for conjurations.

    Wow could this be any more vague.. lol

    Sounds to me like Status and Elemental enhancement, but i was hoping that would be given back to Alchemists.

    So, since there is little to nothing to go on. Let the SPECULATION begin!!
