Too much memorization, not enough RNG on raid fights

I have played this game since beta and have never experienced this server tick problem people complain about. You either press the button in time or you don't. You move out of an AoE or you don't. If it makes you feel better though you keep blaming it on server tick.

I would count yourself lucky that you've never experienced walking out of an AOE only to take the damage and vuln stack anyway, or pushing a button to do a move, seeing your character do the animation and the monster acts as if it never happened. Grats on having good ping and all.. but your experience isn't everyones.
