Tankard housing item

Hey, so apparently among the items added this patch was a housing item called "Tankard". It's basically a wooden mug.

So, how do I get one of these? Can't seem to find it on my crafting list and right now it's selling for a whopping 4.5 million on the market board.

Really? Not the answer I was expecting, but it makes sense I guess.

Maybe I can ask my FC to keep their eyes out for it when they send out subs. That or hope the price drops once people start finding them more.
