Invisible FC when Examining Players

World name: Siren
Character name: Saruhiko Fushimi
Class/Level: any
Party or solo: either
Area and coordinates: Eulmore (is where I noticed)

Steps:
1. Click on a player
2. Click "Examine"
3. Some people's FC appears as blank (where FC name and info is supposed to be, it is blank instead. Doesn't say "not enlisted". Just blank, but can confirm they're part of an FC via their FC tag next to the name). Some people's FC appears normally.
4. Re-examining a blank FC person doesn't seem to fix it (it could, but not always).
5. Sometimes re-examining a person whose FC is listed can turn blank.

My friend also confirmed it is an issue for them as well. Since it's not for everyone, it's hard to say what really triggers it.

Also having the same issue. The friends I asked are as well. Notice if you click on the player a few times 1-3 chances it displays. For example if I click on someone and it doesn't display, you can go back and attempt again. Usually by the second or third try it finally displays as it should. Also noticed it displays and disappears within a blink of the eye at times.
