Same thing as the previously linked opener. Within the 36sec time frame, it's higher because of one extra bootshine. However, unlike the the first opener you linked, the Early opener I made immediately overtakes it in the next GCD. It also still has the same issue as the first opener in that you get locked into that particular buff alignment for every subsequent burst window, requiring a Demo within PB and possibly putting you to the same number of LF Boots as the openers I made. Also, I would highly advise against switching the DK and Boot like in the picture. I'd imagine the goal is to get an extra Boot within the next RoF window, but using it raw essentially puts you behind half a GCD (on top of the other issue I mentioned).

I'm honestly not sure what's with this obsession to use PB as soon as possible. You don't need to delay it between GCDs after the change anymore and it's cooldown lines up with RoF and BH, so it shouldn't really drift, so what's the rush? So long as it fits within RoF, it's fine.
