This is one of the reasons I recommended that every player (new or not) has to do the tutorials in 2.0 because they stated that they will have a tutorial for the pt search feature. Their are players who simply just don't understand it, and it would be significantly easier to find groups if people used it properly instead of sitting in Ul'dah and praying.
