Boosting.
Recently had this issue on 12/23/2020. I was able to save screenshots up till the maintenance on 12/22-12/23. I tried to create a new folder into my C: Drive and it will not work there. I have an external storage that it can save to.

I don't have limited space on my SSD
Also, did a chkdsk on command prompt and no bad sectors/blocks.
