I am currently having issues logging into my main character

Hello I am currently having issues logging into my main character after having my game crash during a quest.

My game crashes when I try to load my main character, but I can play on my other characters just fine.

On my main character I was doing a quest called 'The Hardened Heart' when my game suddenly crashed while I was loading into a cutscence, and now I can no longer login into my main character.

Whenever I try to login on my main character I get stuck on the loading screen and then my game eventually crashes and I get an error message saying "An Unexpected Error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV.(17)"

Can you please help me.

If it is only happening with this one character, you may want to try deleting the locally-saved data folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this so you can replace it if it doesn't solve the issue.
