problem with entering the game error 30426 19900 740

yesterday after installing the update patch I was able to enter the game, but after playing for two hours I left it, after an hour I wanted to enter but after entering the login and password in the launcher this error appears unable to complete version update 30426 19900 740 ... need help what I just didn’t restart the computer, reset the router settings, turn it off, demolish the game and after playing for a while I came out and tried to log in again with the same error. It turns out that after logging in, it does not work, giving out those above listed errors, you have to completely delete all game files and reinstall, well, or not turn off the computer? need help !!!

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"

-Make sure your fire wall or antivirus program is not interfering with the game

    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

-Try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC.

I did all of the above, it did not lead to any results, the game was launched on directx 11, I tried to launch with directx 9 and it started, but at 11 it does not want to start, I have the latest geforce 1660 drivers. I removed all the video card drivers using DDU and installed the latest ones from the manufacturer's official website using the new one, but the same result does not work for 11, but for 9 directx works, before patch 5.4 everything was normal and worked on directx 11. I ask for help!
