Company-Issue Survival manual II does not work

Hello, I was using the manual and it worked fine...well once. After that I was getting same xp as I would w/o it.

ISP: Martin Cable

Internet Connection Speed: 2mbps (ya i know its not the fastest but i have no probs w/ it)
Date & Time: 4/15/12 8:30am ish
Frequency: the manual worked on the first node after that it did not
Character Name: Poppa Woody

Class/Skill Rank: 30 miner
Area and Coordinates: Camp Glory
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: none
Monster Name: none
In-Game time: 1400 ish
Steps:
1 used manual
2 gathered from node...received about 500 xp
3 ran to next node
4 gathered from node...received about 300 xp
