Also, RNG for chackra is mostly non-issue. I say this because I don't know the details on how chackra will be opened with 100% chance. Will every critical hit be a chackra? Or will every critical hit roll the dice to be a chacrka vs. 70% chance a critical hit will have the dice rolled to be a chacrka? Tuesday will be a day of testing monk for me.

It should work exactly the way it did previously except now it’s a guaranteed Chakra whenever your WS crits. That combined with Brotherhood potentially procing off of everything is why FC had its potency nerfed; because we’ll be using it far more often.
