    What kind of Dungeons would you like to see in the future?

    (Also includes Raids, Trials and Zones, but mainly focusing on new dungeon concepts)

    Alright, to kill some time tomorrow I'd figure I'd ask what king of concepts for instances (namely dungeons) the community would like to see in the game.

    To start things off. I did have an idea of a cursed castle and village filled with men, women and children...all in a state of torpor and overrun with seedkin, being a reference to the Tale of Sleeping Beauty. The pretense would be investigating local disappearances and finding a place where everyone (but the party for obvious reasons) seems to be sleeping like logs, untouched by the flow of time.

    To be honest, i would already be happy enough if it isnt a marathon track with 3 bosses and 2 lets of monsters in between.
    It would be great if Dungeons in the future would also include additional difficulty selections (Monsters and bosses have more mechanics, health and more) or even something like a labyrinth with puzzles, riddles and traps (and bosses/enemies too of course) would also be a great addtion in my opinion.

    If possible, Id love more Puzzle oriented Dungeons.
    Maybe have them as a side thing with their own prizes and not part of the Rotation.

    Some boss fights as well with some puzzle elements, more time sectioning off people to do individual and/job mechanics. Like a few Alexander Raids

    I personally hope if there's ever a new deep dungeon, this could be incorporated into it.

    I'd like to have dungeons with some sort of affixes to them, similar to WoW's Mythic + system. Have some enemies explode on death, or random non telegraphed aoes get placed all over in random spots throughout the dungeon.

    Idc I just need something, anything different than 3 bosses and 2 pulls of mobs and no Yoshi P, putting an impassible wall between the packs of mobs isn't different, it's annoying.

    Basically everything said here.

    -Puzzled Dungeons. Like on some level I want to feel like I'm solving a Legend of Zelda dungeon.
    -Breaking the trash mob monotony.
    -More effective use of Crowd Control.

    My big 3 votes for an "Unreal" dungeon would go to: Satasha, Kugane Castle, and The Vault.
    If I really had it my way, every dungeon would get an Unreal version eventually for an optional new game+ run.

    Random boss dungeon where the boss is random. Random add dungeon where the adds are random. Dungeons with power ups we can take with us like deep dungeon or bozja. The power ups shouldn’t be a requirement but as a fun use after we cleared it already.

    There should be collectibles to discover in dungeons that we have to hit with our attack to unlock. After discovering these collectibles the enemies could stumble or even aid us in ways.

    There should be a reward room based on how each player does. Even if players fail at the puzzle room each player is rewarded based on if they preform well or not. A personal reward should be given out based on players performance in these puzzle challenges. The puzzle rooms don’t have to stop the flow of the dungeon. They would be jumping puzzles or even avoiding rolling logs down a hall way. Maybe take a one up sound like in Mario when we jump over 10 logs in a row just for giggles.

    I love that the devs put different kind of obstacles in dungeons and I want more harder ones. I enjoy the ones that hurt the enemies too like in some of the dungeons we have. I would love to see more of this even on bosses.

    I would love to see the bosses roam the dungeon in a area where we could weaken it a bit.

    A nemesis system would be great if a random player would get a assassin from the empire sent after them and the group has to defeat the assassin for extra loot/rewards, but nothing bad happens if they end up dying. Perhaps the assassin get stronger every time he is defeated and gets weaker each time he wins.

    Maybe we could have a nemesis go after us in the over world too?

    I'd love to see a dungeon where we're racing against NPC adventurers. Like a two track dungeon where one path is up slope from the one we're on. We can see the other group fighting for most of the dungeon, but they go at their own pace, and we can either out pace them or they could out pace us.

    Bigger and more rewards if you outpace them. Occasionally if they're keeping up with you, they they do something to force more monsters on you or like, a rock gets pushed down in your way that you gotta break apart to catch up.


    Basically, instead of racing against a personal best or the overly generous dungeon timer, have players race against some NPC jackholes to try and incentivize good dungeon performance.
