Aetherial Wheel Stand creation

Hi, I am trying to learn how to make grade 3+ Atherial wheel stands, and so far I have not found anything online on how to do it. My questions are: What level does the airship/submersible have to be, and how do I get the project to show up on the Schematics board? Please help...

Should be on your FC Workshop's Schematic Board under the Aetherial Wheel Projects tab as "Wheel Stand Prototype II".

Airship/Submarine doesn't need to be a specific level, but unlocking the schematic requires 6 x Empty Cluster, 3 x Synthetic Resin, and 8 x Red Clay. Can either trade with other FCs for these materials or send your vessels out hunting for them.

You probably know, but leaving it here just in case anyone stumbling over the thread doesn't;

Retainers sometimes return with these level 6 ones that can spin one level 3, two level 2s, and three level 1s -- Might be around 10,000 gil on the MB (depending on datacentre)
