Bazaars are for transactions, not -bleep- storage!

Hey... suck it up, it's free storage and I'm going to use it for my arrows. Maybe if the inventory system is less retarded and had a separate slot for ammo and materia I'd stop sticking stuff there, but until then you can try and buy my max priced arrows.

well i think that people do this, that their NPC do not disappear from the market when they have sold everything?

I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT RETAINERS. I'm talking about player bazaars. Also, the issue you describe is being fixed.

(I actually have 2 items listed for max value specifically to change one of my retainer's appearances (santa suit)- but I still use the 8 other spaces to sell stuff. I'd like to be able to just equip gear to the retainer instead)

Why do you think this is? Because people aren't using them to sell things. It's gotten to the point where the real purpose of a bazaar is practically forgotten.

i use my bazaar for storage and sales. for instance i store my grade 5 dark matter in it, but i have them listed at 5k so people can buy them if they really want.

Not always true though. I have been at Ifrit, ran out of food, happen to check a player's bazaar and WHOA look at that, they ARE selling Ginger Cookies! \m/ So yeah just one of those things. As I stated earlier, def ears. You can either get really upset about it or just "deal" with it so to speak and move on. Just imagine though, at launch, when there was NO Market Ward search feature and you went from retainer to retainer to ward to ward to player bazaar to player bazaar to NEVER find what you wanted or the item was there but O M F G 999,999,999. Take that into consideration when you /rage at someone's bazaar. At least now you can not just stay forever in Ul'Dah but NOW you will be able to just order up whatever you need from another city right there and buy it. Could it GET any lazier?!

the items in my bazaar are up for sale. if you want them bad enough you can pay the 999,999,999 for them. sure it's overpriced, but you can buy them so they are for sale.
