    Ah so my view of it was still right, just it is not 3 NPC's but more 3 mini zones you go into through the Market Ward, So my guess is you run to where wards are now, then teleport into 1 of those houses, and that house has access to the Market Ward of its related city!

    No the Mercantile house is the name of the entrance to the new marketwards.

    It's basically their way of saying this is now an AH.
